I'm already a customer - why do I have to wait for web access?

Web access is currently only available for specific customer types, and we do not have public-facing account creation at this time. Our administrative team needs to review your request and create your account. You will receive confirmation of access within 48 business hours of your request.

Can distributors receive web access?

At this time distributors are not eligible to receive web access. You can place web quotes at any time without an account.

How do I become a customer?

(Polar Tech sells exclusively to businesses.)

    • First, work with your assigned Sales Representative to determine what products you need.
    • Your Sales Representative will then guide you through our account onboarding process.
